I’ve been practicing Holistic Therapies since 2002 when I trained at Bedford College.
I have worked as a holistic therapist in a variety of settings including hospices, clinics, private practice in the community, at private therapy centres, care homes for learning disabilities as well as elderly and dementia care.
I am passionate about caring for others and providing support to people in a way that is tailored to that individual rather than a one size fits all approach. I also have care work experience working in hospitals, residential and nursing care homes with elderly and people living with dementia.
Services available:
Aromatherapy Massage:
Gentle massage techniques using essential oils specially chosen for each individual for the desired effect eg- calming, muscle relaxation, invigorating, de stress etc.
Choose between a full body massage to specific areas only such as hands and arms, back, or feet.
Hot Stone Massage:
Using heated Basalt Stones, this massage deeply relaxes the muscles, aiding in relaxation, and boosting the blood circulation, bringing a sense of calm, stress reduction and warm renewed energy.
Full body and back massages are most popular with this technique but can be performed on the feet, legs and feet, arms and hands and as with all my treatments can be tailored to individual needs.
Reiki:
A deeply nurturing and calming experience which aims to rebalance the energy centres (chakras) within the body. The client remains fully clothed, resting comfortably on the couch, or can be sitting in a chair if preferred the therapist gently rests their hands over the chakras points and directs the energy to where it’s needed. Reiki can be performed on its own as a treatment or can be incorporated into other treatments such as aromatherapy massage or crystal healing.
As a Reiki Master I can also do reiki attunements.
Crystal Healing:
Using the powerful healing properties of crystals these sessions are extremely relaxing, non-invasive and gentle. Particular crystals are chosen depending on the individual and placed on the client while they rest. This is a popular choice to add to another therapy such a reiki or at the end of a massage.
All therapies can be tailored to meet specific requirements taking into account what the client is comfortable with as well as any physical disabilities. Having worked in a variety of health care settings I am used to adapting to meet the needs of the client, so please feel to discuss your needs.

I started my reiki journey in March 2020 and have been so passionate about reiki since then. I love being able to help people and now that I’m a master and teacher, I can pass my knowledge and passion onto others. I enjoy offering reiki at mind, body and spirit events, and work closely with the charity Above and Beyond Cancer Foundation.
I am a huge advocate for mental health and well-being and gained my mental health first aider in 2022. Being a reiki master and teacher is not my full-time vocation at the moment, I’m also a learning designer at the Open University and have been working there for over ten years.
