My expertise extends beyond traditional Yoga, offering release classes that incorporate
self-massage techniques with therapy balls to help relieve tension and restore mobility in the body.

Qualifications:
200 hours YTT in Ashtanga
Level 3 Diploma in teaching yoga
300 hours Advanced Ashtanga YTT
First Class Honours Degree in Exercise Science
Distinction Master’s Degree in Physical Activity, Nutrition and Health Promotion

Join us for an all-levels Vinyasa class set within a cozy yurt in the beautiful grounds of The Happy Body Project, where music, essential oils, and themed flows create a unique and grounding experience. We’ll explore new themes throughout the classes, guiding movement with breath and offering space to modify or deepen your practice. We close with a soothing shavasana to leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and connected.
Equipment is provided but please feel free to bring your own mat and blocks.
