Over time we become a bit world weary, we feel like we have seen it all and done it all. We become set in our ways and our habits and can start to feel like it is impossible to change anything. By using mindfulness practices we can look at our world, our lives and ourselves in a new way, with a ‘Beginner’s Mind’.
We can see as if through a fresh pair of eyes. By using our beginner’s mind we can enhance our creativity, problem solve, improve our relationships and experience a deeper joy.
