I am so excited to share a little bit about myself and my vision for Vida Nova Healing. Vida Nova means ‘new life’; I found a new life when I found holistic therapies, but it is also for those who are seeking healing for their new life.
My journey with Reiki and energy healing started in 2022 when I tried Reiki for the first time and fell in love with it. I knew then that I wanted to learn how to pass on that gift of healing to others. I went down a path of exploring other energy healing modalities and I was called to join other healers. I am trained to Reiki Level 2. I am also qualified in Sound healing and Crystal healing.
