Do you or your child struggle with feeling different, misunderstood, or exhausted from trying to navigate a world that doesn’t always make sense? Maybe social situations feel overwhelming, relationships are confusing, or self-doubt makes it hard to trust your own instincts. You might find yourself masking, people-pleasing, or shutting down completely — feeling like you have to work twice as hard just to keep up.
I work with young people and adults who are neurodivergent or have neurodivergent family members. Many of my clients feel stuck – overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, or the pressure to “get it right.” Whether it’s difficulties with friendships, challenges at school or work, or feeling disconnected in family relationships, these struggles can take a toll on self-esteem and emotional well-being.
I offer a neuro-affirming, integrative approach to therapy that helps you or your child develop self-awareness, self-compassion, and practical strategies to move forward. This isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about understanding yourself, finding ways to meet your needs, and building confidence in your own path in life.
I know how hard it can be to reach out for help. But you don’t have to figure this out alone. If you’re ready to take the first step, I’m here to support you.
