My approach to healing encompasses the whole body, utilising Tao Touch (Chi Nei Tsang / Organ Massage). I am passionate about guiding individuals on their journey of self-discovery, helping them return to their heart and relaxing their mind. Each session focuses on detoxifying and balancing the internal organs, facilitating the free flow of chi, or life energy. This process identifies the root causes of suffering rather than merely addressing the symptoms, both physically and mentally.
Together, we work to increase awareness of recurring patterns and explore new perspectives that foster long-term positive health outcomes, while also providing protection against life’s stresses.
My holistic approach addresses the mind, metabolism, and structural patterns of tension through diaphragmatic breathing and movement with the psoas muscles. I consciously listen to your breath and the messages it conveys.
The traditional Taoist monastic healing practice of organ massage employs deep and gentle abdominal touch to enhance the health and vitality of the internal organs, promoting overall well-being. Each session lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, and there is a complementary 20 to 30 minutes allocated for discussing your dreams or any questions you may have throughout the session.
Massage therapy becomes an art of self-rediscovery, where we redefine, reconnect, and learn to listen to ourselves from within.

About Elena:
From a young age, my family engaged in the practices of three
religions: Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism. We participated in
ceremonies and regular rituals, seeking blessings in a community with
other families. My journey into Qigong began when I learned from
Teacher Hua Hui, motivated by a family member undergoing cancer
treatment.
In 2010, after a car accident, I was fortunate to receive Qigong
treatment from my Master, which helped me recover from hemiparesis on
one side of my body. That same year, through a serendipitous
encounter, I was introduced to my Master, Lama Ouzhujinglie. I
received my Samaya (the formal set of Buddhist vows and commitments
given upon receiving empowerment in the Vajrayana Buddhist order)
during Abhisheka (a ritual that initiates the relationship between
guru and disciple) at the Potala Palace.
Since 2022, I have been connected with the TaoTouch CNT practice,
completing the fundamentals to reach an advanced level under the
guidance of Gilles Marin, the Founder and Director of the Chi Nei
Tsang Institute and TaoTouch® in Northern California. I participate in
his training each year, focusing on personal growth and enhancing my
skills.
Further qualifications and experience can be found on my website.
