Join us for an all-levels Vinyasa class set within a cozy yurt in the beautiful grounds of The Happy Body Project, where music, essential oils, and themed flows create a unique and grounding experience. We’ll explore new themes throughout the classes, guiding movement with breath and offering space to modify or deepen your practice. We close with a soothing shavasana to leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and connected. Equipment is provided but please feel free to bring your own mat and blocks.
