
Hi! I’m Berni Crane, mindfulness meditation facilitator and founder of Mindlight Meditation.
Having taught psychology in colleges and universities for well over a decade I thought I understood the mind pretty well. However, it wasn’t until I learnt to cultivate my own daily mindfulness practice that I really began to understand the powerful influence the mind has on every aspect of your life. The practice of Mindfulness and Meditation affects not only your emotional state but also your mental wellbeing and physical health.
My aim when creating Mindlight Meditation was to provide you with the opportunity to experience the many benefits of mindfulness meditation in a relaxed, non judgmental and supportive environment.
As a Registered Teacher of the Mindfulness Now programme I would love to share these skills with you and help you to bring sense of peace and wellbeing to your own life.
